The Hot Swap package is designed for those who need more than just security, they need advice, general help and someone they trust to keep an eye on things. You may be swapping from your PC to your tablet to your mobile phone, you may have staff that does the same. And if you are on budget then this option gives you support for unlimited devices but is capped at 10 hours, so your cost is capped as well.
Ideal for the small but busy office of between 2 - 10 people, security set up and checks are included in the price, but any additional subscriptions are not as you may already have security in place. The technical support includes adhoc calls and secure remote access, priority assistance, with a discounted rate for any additional hours of only £20.
